Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for size changes or change of mind.
If you wish to purchase a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order separately, provided the original item is eligible for return under this policy.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer located in the European Union and applicable EU consumer-protection law applies to your purchase, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Online Payment & Refund Processing Fees
For orders paid online through a payment gateway, debit/credit card, or other online payment method, any payment processing or gateway fee charged to Shopystery by the payment provider may be deducted from the refundable amount, where permitted by applicable law.
This means that if an eligible order is refunded, the refund may be less than the original amount paid if a payment-gateway processing fee was charged and is non-refundable to Shopystery.
For example, if an order is paid online and the payment gateway charges a processing fee, that fee may be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer as part of the refund process.
